Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

TheLastCopywriter delivers copy that addresses the agreed project brief. The revision process is structured to resolve any gaps between the delivered copy and the brief. Refunds are available in specific circumstances where delivery cannot be achieved through the revision process.

2. Circumstances Where Refunds Apply

• TheLastCopywriter is unable to deliver due to circumstances on our side (illness, force majeure, etc.)
• The delivered copy materially fails to address the brief after all included revision rounds have been used
• The Client has not submitted a project brief within 30 days of purchase and has not contacted us to arrange an extension

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• The Client changed the project scope or goals after work began without prior agreement
• All revision rounds were used and the copy addresses the original agreed brief
• Delays caused by the Client failing to provide required information or feedback within 7 business days
• The Client has published, used, or distributed the delivered copy in any form
• Dissatisfaction with creative direction where the copy meets the documented brief

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email brief@thelastcopywriter.com within 14 days of final delivery. Include your order reference and a clear explanation of why the copy does not meet the agreed brief. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
