Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All TheLastCopywriter services are delivered as digital documents to the email address provided at checkout. Standard delivery format is Google Doc with comments enabled, with Word (.docx) or PDF available on request. No physical deliveries are made.

2. Project Start

Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation and a completed project brief. If the brief is submitted more than 24 hours after payment, the timeline starts from brief receipt.

3. Delivery Timelines by Service

• Direct Response Copy: 7-10 business days from brief confirmation
• Brand Manifesto: 8-12 business days from brief confirmation
• White Papers and Reports: 10-14 business days from brief confirmation
• Product Launch Sequences: 14-21 business days from brief confirmation
• Executive Ghostwriting: 5-8 business days per article
• Conversion Copy Audit: 4-6 business days

Timelines refer to first draft delivery. Revision round timelines begin from the date consolidated written feedback is received from the Client.

4. Delays

If we anticipate a delay to any agreed delivery timeline, we will notify the Client by email as soon as possible with a revised delivery date. Delays caused by the Client failing to provide required information do not extend our liability.

5. Delivery Confirmation

All final deliverables are sent to the email provided at checkout. The Client is responsible for ensuring the correct email address was provided. We recommend acknowledging receipt of all deliverables.
